For unopened products, you have 30 days to return your order. As we are a small business, we are unable to provide postage for orders under $50. For any questions please email us at hello@frensoffrens.com with "return help" and order number as your subject line.

CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCTS DURING PREGNANCY?

SUSTAINABILITY
With a lot of greenwashing and misinformation these days, this is a touchy subject.
No beauty brand can be perfectly sustainable. We don’t claim to be, but we try where we can.
Most products have an outer carton. For the TAKE afterCARE serum, we’ve tried to reduce unnecessary waste by choosing not to use an outer carton box altogether. The rollerhead is made of steel, which is infinitely recyclable. The tube is recyclable and at this moment, we are looking into a recycling partnership programs with third parties.
Our silk masks are washable and made to be kept instead of single use masks.
Shipping boxes, tissue paper, filler material are recyclable.

PRODUCT SAFETY
Our products are made for everyone and all skin types of globally sourced ingredients and components. We partner with manufacturers who are ETC, GMP, Organic ISO, FDA otc, OHSAS certified. Our chemists formulate with dermatologist tested ingredients and ensure each product passes rigorous stability testing.
Please keep our products away from small children and extreme heat. USE AS DIRECTED ON LABEL. EXTERNAL USE ONLY.
